-Legal Waiver And Release 


Firearms, by their very nature, can be lethal. T6 LLC firearm's may inadvertently cause INJURY or DEATH if misused. Improper use, misuse, or untrained use of the firearm may lead to PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY TO SELF OR OTHERS, OR DEATH.






ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: By purchasing and/or using T6 LLC firearm's, YOU have acknowledged and assume the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY and INHERENT RISK, including without limitation, of LIABILITY, INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE, or DEATH as a result of improper use, misuse, installation, and/or abuse.


WAIVER OF RIGHTS: By purchasing and/or using T6 LLC firearm's, you waive and release any claim for damages, indemnity, or reimbursement against T6 LLC for any claims, fines, or damages imposed upon you for use of product.


In addition, you agree to release T6 LLC  including its independent contractors, affiliated entities, parent companies, subsidiaries, present and former employees, owners, officers, members, managers, partners, contractors, insurers, shareholders, and directors) from any and all claims, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorney fees) for death, injury, loss or damage of property in any way arising out of the purchase and use. By purchasing and/or using the T6 LLC  products you agree to limit liability to actual damages arising from gross negligence or willful misconduct. In no event shall T6 LLC be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages or other indirect damages.


INDEMNIFICATION: By purchasing or using T6 LLC firearm's, you agree to accept responsibility for your use of the product and any consequence or fine imposed upon you by any government entity or third party.


TRANSFER OR PRODUCT: If you should sell, lease, gift, or let someone borrow or use, or in any way transfer vT6 LLC firearm's to any other individual (recipient/assign), you agree, as a condition of acquiring this product, to accept the responsibility of insuring the recipient is fully aware and agrees to the conditions set forth herein. Failure to assign this product to a recipient or third party without first providing acknowledgment and acceptance by the recipient of the conditions set herein will be grounds for liability on the part of you as the original buyer.


SEVERABILITY: If any provisions of this Waiver and Release is for any reason declared to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to render it valid and enforceable.


GOVERNING LAW: This Waiver and Release shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles. Any action or claim shall be brought in Seminole County, Florida.

 -Returns And Repairs

At T6 firearms, we do our best to offer the highest quality products to our customers. In the rare instance a return is necessary, please review our return policy terms and conditions below prior to submitting a return claim as it may affect the return.

  1. In cases of a defect, excessive blemishes or scratches, or damage to the product please call us at (561) 926-5888 and tell us the reason for the return/repair. 
  2. Once we have determined the reason for the repair, we will provide each customer with a return label and ask that they then ship the product back to us at (235 W Marvin Ave. Longwood, FL 32750). Returns are subject to approval for return label. Customer may be required to ship item back.
  3. Once we receive the item we will do our best to diagnose/confirm the problem and repair or replace the item for the customer. We will then ship the item back to the customer in working condition. 
  4. We can not accept items that have been tampered with or altered in any way that would constitute a voiding of the provided warranty. 
  5. Items will be considered warranty void if:
    1. The optic, sight, or accessory has been mounted on a gun, rail system, or other device
    2. The optic has been installed in a mount or scope rings.
    3. Any physical blemishes or damage has occurred, such as scratching or scuffing of the product as a result of the customer.
    4. Any alterations made, disassembly, or customization by the customer after receiving the item.
  6. Bundle returns: If a product is returned that is included in a bundled discount, the bundle discount is no longer valid and will be subtracted from the original price of the item.

     (Warranty Claims within 30 days will have shipping paid for by usBeyond 30 days, the customer must pay to have the product shipped out.)


All products provided by T6 are backed by a limited lifetime replacement/exchange guarantee. In the event you have an issue with any product purchased, T6 will fix the issue by either repairing the item or replacing the defective product. If the product is no longer available, the company will replace the product with a comparable item that is available. If the problem is due to user error, T6 will offer assistance to repair the issue; however, a replacement may be denied and additional consumer costs may be incurred. Examples of user error include: using incorrect caliber ammunition or magazine, improper assembly, having alternative manufacturer (aka: local gunsmith) complete unapproved work on the product, etc. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

T6 Firearms reserves the right to decide whether the item can be repaired or replaced. We will do our best to ensure the item sent back to a customer is in working condition however, we do not guarantee results. If a replacement refurbished unit is not available, or the item can not be repaired or replaced, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit, less any applicable bundle discounts.

-Cancellations And Refunds

  • An order placed with T6 may be cancelled by the customer prior to the order having been shipped; provided, however, an order that is financed through Credova cannot be cancelled after any item in the order has been shipped. Customers may only cancel an order financed through Credova prior to shipment of any item in the order, and the cancellation must be with respect to all items in the order.

  • All sales of firearms, ammunition, ammunition components, blank cartridges and clothing are FINAL, and returns, refunds or exchanges are NOT ACCEPTED. Orders shipped to a FFL and transferred are FINAL UPON SHIPMENT.

  • All cancellation requests must be made through the Customer Service Department at (561) 926-5888, Monday - Thursday, 10am - 6pm EST. 

  • You MUST provide the order # when contacting Customer Service via phone or email. 

  • If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable to returns.
  • Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer's expense.

  • All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
  • A 15% fee will be charged to any cancelled item after it has shipped. This fee includes credit card fees, restocking, inspection, function testing, etc. 

  • Customer WILL BE CHARGED for shipping on any cancelled or refunded item once that item has been shipped to the customer.

  • Once an order is processed, a 6% cancellation fee will be charged to the customer. This fee only covers the credit card processing fee that T6 is charged by the credit card company once the transaction takes place and is non-refundable.

  • Cancelled orders may not be reversed. All cancellations are final.

  • Bundle returns: If a product is returned that is included in a bundled discount, the bundle discount is no longer valid and will be subtracted from the original price of the item.

  • Promotions: If any product is returned or cancelled that has been purchased as part of a promotion such as, discounted pricing, free shipping, promotional code offers, bundle discount pricing, etc. that item will be refunded at the DISCOUNTED PRICE.
